Looking for a SR. Ericsson Cell Site Technician
Salary Range: $25-$30/hr
What you will be doing as a SR. Ericsson Cell Site Technician

  • Ensure the operation and maintenance of network systems through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, coordinating repairs, evaluating new equipment, conducting tests, implementing new system features, and installing software upgrades.
  • Monitor system performance and alarm reporting, identify and resolve issues, and respond to after-hours alarms as necessary.
  • Manage and optimize 4G and 5G network infrastructure to ensure efficient operation and performance.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of LTE and lab-related equipment, ensuring seamless integration with other network components and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Maintain historical records by documenting system changes, configurations, procedures, and statistics related to 4G, 5G, and IMS systems.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, and presenting data visually through graphs, charts, and tables.
  • Maintain database performance by calculating optimal values for database parameters, implementing new releases, and completing maintenance requirements.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response.
What you will bring to the table as a SR. Ericsson Cell Site Technician
  • High school diploma/GED required. A 2 or 4-year degree in IT or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Three to five years of experience in network engineering is required, with a focus on wireless telecommunications, computer science, or IT preferred.
  • Experience with Ericsson equipment, particularly Base Band 6630, 6631, and 6640, is essential.
