Position Title: RAN SME Tier 2 Support
Global Technology Associates is looking for a RAN SME Tier 2 Support
Position Duties: Provide support and expertise for proactive identification of issues, analysis and diagnostics across a diverse 4G/5G network infrastructure using expansive data and measurement capabilities. Perform KPI No Harm reports and analyses for the sites, clusters, and sub-markets/markets/regions. Perform hands-on analysis of performance issues revealed during the analysis of the KPI No Harm reports. Provide recommended resolutions and next steps using key technical concepts, and with complex ideas broken down into logical, compelling, easy-to-follow progressions. Participate in deep technical discussion with technical project managers, SMEs and stakeholders. Conduct Pre-Post KPI performance and analysis and provide level 2/3 optimization for complex sites. In addition to physical layer optimization, get deeper into parameters, features and counters to optimize the sites and achieve green KPIs. Perform software upgrade environment preparation for technologies. Responsible for customer management, presenting post software results, improvements and their impact into customer’s networks. Manage workarounds among project stakeholders. This position requires 30% national travel throughout the U.S. to perform duties at client locations and have meetings with client. Background check required.

Work Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM
Minimum Qualifications: US Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering, plus two (2) years of experience as a RAN/RF engineering professional.
Special Skill Requirements: Must have two (2) years of experience in each of the following skills: SQL, Python, Tableau, Atoll, iBwave, and Mapinfo.
