Looking for a Project Manager – Data Centers
Salary Range: $100,000-135,000/annum
What you will be doing as Project Manager – Data Centers
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities to meet contract requirements, financial goals, and quality standards
- Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules and resources to optimize workflow and milestone achievement
- Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes of work, negotiations, contracts, and performance to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including superintendents, engineers, vendors, and clients, to drive seamless project execution
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, building codes, and quality assurance processes
- Oversee project cost control, including review and approval of change orders, pay applications, and cost tracking reports
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, and schedule status
- Facilitate risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution to minimize impacts on project delivery
- Lead owner and stakeholder communications, including status reporting, issue escalation, and relationship management
- Manage project closeout processes including punch lists, as-built documentation, warranties, and final billing
- Provide mentoring and leadership to junior project staff, fostering professional development and high performance
