Liz is the Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development. With 30 years of experience in Sales and Business Development in the Wireless Industry, Liz has a strong background in sales development and expansion, strategic planning, revenue growth, and profit gains.
Before joining us in 2015, Liz was North America Senior Vice President of Sales for Tech Mahindra (formerly LCC International), overseeing sales and business growth in government, enterprise, and telecommunications sectors. Prior to Tech Mahindra, Liz was the Senior Vice President of the Americas for Xceed Technologies, managing sales for network optimization and rules-based network performance management solutions. Liz held other key sales positions at LCC International and Cable and Wireless. She holds a BA degree in Marketing from Radford University. Liz can be found in her spare time boating and giving back to her community, where she serves on several non-profit boards. |
Rashid is a seasoned global executive with 25+ years of wireless telecom experience. His expertise includes M&A, P&L management, sales and customer management, geographic expansion, and diversifying service portfolios. He is part of the executive leadership team responsible for P&L. As the Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer, he has overall responsibility for Sales, Solutions, Finance, Legal, IT and Business Analytics organizations. He has managed operations on five continents.
Before joining us, he was the CEO of SWI, responsible for their global operations spread across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to that, Rashid spent 20+ years at LCC International (Now Tech Mahindra), where he held various senior executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer for the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific, where he had end-to-end P&L responsibility for operations spread across ten countries, Senior Vice President of Sales & Operations and Vice President of Engineering services for the Americas region. Earlier in his career, he also held positions at AT&T and Walmart Stores Inc. Rashid is passionate about embracing diversity and cross-cultural awareness in today’s global marketplace. He serves on the Board of Advisors for the College of International Studies at his alma mater, The University of Oklahoma (OU). He is also a big Sooners football fan who loves traveling and exploring new countries and cultures. |
Mark brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the wireless industry, having worked with leading global telecommunications manufacturers, world-class carriers, and prominent telecom consulting and solutions provider. Prior to joining our team, Mark held the position of Network Vice President, where he oversaw the design, deployment, and operation of Sprint’s wireless network in the Northeast Region. His leadership roles extended across RF Engineering, Operations, and Solutions Engineering teams for both Sprint and Nextel.
Mark’s career trajectory also includes roles within Motorola, where he contributed to Test Systems and Field Engineering teams. Beyond his professional endeavors, Mark is deeply committed to serving as a board member for Warriors4Wireless, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering military veterans by facilitating rewarding career opportunities within the telecommunications sector. Mark’s expertise, leadership, and dedication to bridging the gap between veterans and telecommunications careers exemplify his impact within the industry and the community. |
Julie is the Vice President of People Operations, leading the Human Resources, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Marketing, and Operations Support teams. With over 20 years of staffing experience and 16 years focused on the wireless industry, Julie has a strong background in setting, leading, and executing people and communication strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company. At the same time, she fosters an inclusive, dynamic culture and diverse workplace, focused on learning, coaching, and empowering all employees to contribute to their full potential. Prior to joining NG|GTA, Julie was the head of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at Bergelectric, developing and leading organizational strategies to achieve the organization’s key talent objectives. Before Bergelectric, Julie was a member of the senior leadership team at Kineticom, where she led the Talent Care, Marketing, and IT teams and worked closely with the head of HR.

Dexter is the Vice President of Business Operations, leading the Legal, Contracts, Information Technology, Continuous Improvement, Business Analytics, and PMO teams. As a results-oriented executive leader with 30 years of wireless industry experience, Dexter has held several leadership roles in business operations and P&L management, emphasizing organizational coherence and business process improvement.
Before joining us, Dexter was Vice President, Engineering Services, North America for SWI, with responsibilities for business operations and engineering services delivery. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Global Business Operations, Network Services for LCC International, with a multitude of business operations responsibilities. Dexter holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Management from George Washington University. Outside of work, Dexter has a keen interest in travel, food, and wine and enjoys the challenge of expanding his advanced wine studies beyond his current level 2 sommelier certification. |
Mike has 26 years in the telecom industry, spending his time in leadership roles at Nextel, Sprint, and T-Mobile. During this time, he led organizations in Sales, Operations, and Solution Engineering. Mike now leads our Broadband and Enterprise division, focusing on the Rural Broadband Initiative and Private Network development. Mike is an active board member of the Rural Wireless Association (RWA). |
Darren has held various Sales roles in Wireless/Wireline Telecom Services sales for 20+ years. Prior to joining us, Darren spent 15 years with WFI/LCC/Tech Mahindra (via two separate acquisitions) as VP of Sales handling the Central/West Regions. For the past 5+ years, he oversaw Business Development for KGP Service’s West Region, and AT&T accounts. He has also held positions at Ericsson, Win-star and Southwestern Bell. He was born and raised in the Chicago area and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois – Champaign Urbana. Darren is a diehard Chicago Bears and Blackhawks fan.
Darren currently lives in southern CA and has two sons, Tyler 18 and Wyatt 16, fiancée Lilly, and Luna – a 4-year-old yellow Lab. When not at work, Darren loves to fish (freshwater, especially in Tennessee), travel, workout with his sons, watch live music, and grill out. |

Mike currently is Vice President of Recruiting managing recruiting efforts for staffing, solutions, and enterprise. Before joining us, Mike was Director of Recruiting for a telecom staffing firm supporting recruiting large national wireless telecommunications carriers and network turnkey consulting firms.
Additionally, Mike is heavily involved in youth athletics in his community, coaching and volunteering with baseball, basketball, and soccer leagues. |
Christian’s background includes 30+ years of experience in the accounting field, from government contracting and real estate investment to telecom. Christian is currently the Senior Director of Finance and Accounting and is responsible for the entire accounting cycle and reporting requirements for the company. With a BS in Accounting from Old Dominion University, Christian is a tech enthusiast who enjoys learning new systems and quickly adapting to them.
Outside of work, Christian enjoys traveling and trying new foods. As a self-proclaimed foodie, he and his wife try new cuisine whenever possible – Korean BBQ being the top choice! |
Michael is the Vice President of Deployment Services and is responsible for managing network design and implementation programs. With his 20+ year career, Michael has observed and participated in the evolution of the mobile wireless industry, particularly in transport technologies and network delivery. He has designed large-scale transport architectures, optimized existing infrastructures, managed many large design and implementation teams for backhaul and RAN deployments, evaluated new wireless technologies, created meticulous financial models, and consulted many network operators in developing business strategies and build plans.
Michael is a licensed Professional Engineer and received his MS and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Before joining us in 2019, Michael held various Solutions Management and Functional Lead roles for Tech Mahindra, LCC International, and WFI. When not working, he enjoys salvaging and repurposing junk and listening to live country music. |
Irene is Vice President of Client Services, responsible for key customer relationships in order to better deliver opportunity, value, and results. Irene brings a unique mix of marketing, sales, and staffing experience to her role and has a proven track record of client success, business results, and growth.
Irene is passionate about DE&I and continuous learning; she is an active member of our Inclusion & Diversity team, leads and founded the Kelly Telecom Women’s Employee Resource Group (ERG), and developed, implemented, and currently manages the Kelly Telecom Mentorship Program. Irene holds a degree from UC Berkeley and serves on the board of a non-profit organization that provides services to children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Nikhil is the Vice President of Engineering Services managing Operations, delivery, and P&L for Engineering business. Nikhil has 25+ years of progressive experience in the wireless industry, with expertise in Engineering delivery, P&L management, Portfolio management, Business development, Solution development, alliance development, and strategic planning.
Before joining us in 2018, Nikhil worked at Tech Mahindra (formerly LCC International) as North America Delivery Head for Access Network, where he was responsible for Access network P&L, and account development, strategy planning, and execution of high sensitivity engagements. Prior to LCC, Nikhil worked in India with various organizations holding engineering, R&D, and management positions in the telecom and technology sector. Nikhil earned his Bachelor of Electronics Engineering from Marathwada University, India, followed by Post-Graduation in Operations Management from Symbiosis Pune, India. Nikhil resides in Virginia with his wife and two sons. In his free time, Nikhil loves to reflect on life through his blogs, articles, and poems. |

Henrik is the Vice President of Sales and manages our sales programs and account teams in the East region. With 20 years of experience in sales management, account management, and sales operation within the telecom industry, Henrik has a strong domain knowledge resulting in sales growth and client satisfaction.
Before joining us 2022, Henrik served as Vice President of sales North America for leading solution providers delivering Network Testing, Radio Engineering, and Service Assurance solution to CSPs and MNO globally. Henrik started his carrier with Ericsson as part of the global expertise center, where he played a crucial role in rolling out evolving communication technologies across the globe. In the early 2000’s Henrik migrated to the USA from Sweden to help launch a GSM network in the Washington, DC area. Henrik holds a BS degree in Engineering and Business Management. He’s an avid hiker and enjoys the outdoors, culinary experiences, and traveling. |
Michelle Cadena is a California native and a proud graduate of UC Berkeley. She began her career in Technology in the early 2000’s working as an IT and telecom recruiter. Michelle has also worked as a Business Development Director in Technical Sales and now in Sales Leadership. Michelle is a busy mom to 3 teenagers and enjoys traveling. |
Neil is the Vice President of Deployment and C&I Sales and manages the sales globally for the company. With over 25 years of experience in Business Development and Operations in the Wireless Industry, Neil has a strong sales/business development, strategic planning, and delivery background.
Before joining us, Neil spent six years at Nokia/SAC as the Vice President of Sales for the West region and then Vice President of Delivery for the Sprint mMIMO/5G national build. Prior to SAC, Neil was in senior sales and delivery roles at Exi Parsons, WesTower, and Mycom. He also held other key positions on telecommunications and civil engineering projects in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Taiwan, working on projects as diverse as a Microwave Network across Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak to the first bridge over the Mekong River between Laos and Thailand. He holds a BS in Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK. During his spare time, Neil enjoys watching the English Premier League soccer, hiking, and exploring California. |
