NextGen Wins for Delivering Client Satisfaction in Best of Staffing Competition

February 18, 2016

NextGen recently won the Best of Staffing Award for delivering Client Satisfaction, a recognition from Inavero in partnership with CareerBuilder. This is big. Huge! And it means a lot to us. We want to say thanks to our excellent clients for helping us earn recognition for providing “exceptionally high levels of client service within the staffing industry.”

Average client satisfaction scores for the “Best of” distinction are eight times higher than the national average, and we scored above average even among this elite tier. It’s nice to be recognized for doing things the right way by our clients, as the labor market continues to change and offer up myriad challenges for telecom.

It means a lot that we’re able to not only pinpoint what our clients really need to move their businesses forward but to also have access to deep talent pools that trust us. Developing trust in all of our relationships whether with talent or clients doesn’t come easily. It’s not just about filling chairs or short-term fixes. We want our clients to think of us as partners who can help them execute on their talent strategies, and it’s nice to see our vision get recognition from the clients we serve.
