5. If you receive an error message that no task codes are available for you to charge your time against, communicate this to your Nokia Supervisor. You Nokia Supervisor/Line Manager needs to add the task codes for you.

6. If this is your first time completing a timesheet you will be prompted to select tasks. Task codes are specific activities or buckets of effort for each Project or Care Contract, or Cost Center for which Nokia has indicated you will complete work. Put a checkmark in the box at the beginning of each task row. Click “Next”.
Note: Your Nokia Line Manager is responsible of assigning the correct Project or Care Contract codes and task codes for you. In case you have any issues with the codes, please contact the Nokia Line Manager directly.

7. In case your Nokia Line Manager has added our new Project Codes and task codes for you, but they are not visible on your time sheet yet, press the “Add Task Codes” button on your time sheet, and select the task codes you need from the list and they will be added on your time sheet.

Completion of timesheets varies depending on the contract. Entry of a timesheets for a monthly rate contract is slightly different from entering timesheet for a Hourly/Daily or Weekly rate in order to account for partial months worked.
Hourly/Daily/Weekly Rate Contract
A contract that is not paid on a monthly rate will have a time sheet frequency of weekly. In this example, the
worker is paid on a Daily rate.
8. The Day of week and date are displayed as the column headings. In this example the worker has been assigned by Nokia to one project – NokiaWK00001359-GB80 - Dummy CC (3160888) and he has one activity/ task code for the project –Implementation and only one rate – All Inclusive / Day.

9. Enter the hours worked on each day on the project(s) and the task codes.
10. When everything is correct the time sheet can be submitted for approval by selecting the “Submit” button in the upper or lower right. To save the timesheet without submitting the timesheet click the button “Complete Later”. A time sheet can be modified as long as it is in Draft status.

Please note you have to press Submit twice. First time pressing Submit you get a warning message about routing to supplier. Just press Submit again.
Monthly Rate Contract
For a monthly rate contract, the worker is paid on a monthly basis and only enters time on a monthly frequency. The start date for each timesheet is the first day of the month regardless of the day of the week it falls on.
8. A Worker with a monthly time sheet will have a tab for each week of the month. Clicking on the tabs allow you to move between the weeks to enter time for a specific week. The tab you currently being viewed will show as yellow. The Time Sheet Total will be the total for the entire month.

9. A worker with a Monthly rate can have two rates for entering time: “All Inclusive /MO”. In case we have agreed in the contract that the full monthly rate will not be paid in the case the worker has not worked the full month also another rate type called “All Inclusive (Calculated) /Day” will be set up for the worker in the Tempus tool for entering time.
The basic rule for entering time against these two rate types is the following:
- For payment of the full monthly rate: enter time against the line item “All Inclusive/MO”
- For a partly payment of the monthly rate, if this has been agreed in the contract: enter time against the line item “All Inclusive/Day” rate
NEVER ENTER TIME AGAINST BOTH RATE TYPES in the same month!
Time to be filled for entire month: use Monthly rate
10. In case the worker has been working for the full month and is entitled for the full month payment, he/she will need to enter the hours on all days against the “All Inclusive/MO”. A single hour logged against a Monthly rate will result in billing the full monthly rate.

Time to be filled for part month: use the Day rate
In case the worker has been working less than the full month and is not eligible for the full month payment, i.e. if the worker has taken leave etc. during the month, or the assignment is ending or starting in the middle of the month the worker will need to enter the hours on the days he/she has been working against the “All Inclusive /Day”. The rate to be paid will be calculated based on the working days in the Time Sheet. In this case
DO NOT enter any hours against the normal monthly rate – entering even 1 hour of time into the monthly row will prevent you from submitting your time sheet.

8. When everything is correct the time sheet can be submitted for approval by selecting the “Submit” button in the upper or lower right. To save the timesheet without submitting the timesheet the “Draft” button should be clicked. A time sheet can be modified as long as it is in Draft status.
Please note you have to press Submit twice. First time pressing “Submit” you get a warning message about routing to supplier. Just press “Submit” again.
In case you have entered time on the two rates (“All Incl/MO” and “All Incl/Day”) in the same month, you will
not be able to submit your time sheet, and you will get this error message:

You will then need to check your time sheet, and correct the hours, so that all the hours are submitted on the same rate type.
2. Time Sheet Approval
After the timesheet is submitted, it will be routed to your supplier/agency for approval. Your agency may edit the time sheet if needed to correct any amounts before approving. After your agency gives approval the time sheet will be routed to only those Nokia Project Managers associated with cost centers (projects) where time was entered against that project on the Time Sheet.
If the Time sheet is rejected by Nokia, both you and your agency will be notified. Click on the work item link to
correct and resubmit the timesheet.

3. Withdraw Submitted Time Sheet
In case you realize there is an error on a submitted Time Sheet, you can withdraw the Time Sheet while it is still in
the Approval phase. The Time Sheet can be withdrawn when the time sheet is in any of these statuses: Pending Review, Pending Review By Supplier, Pending Approval, or Approval Paused.
