Looking for a Site Acquisition Associate
Salary Range: $75k-$85k
What you will be doing as Site Acquisition Associate
- The Site Acquisition Associate will assist the project team with varying degrees of direct project responsibilities while developing a baseline knowledge of the telecommunications site development process.
- Project work will focus on new site development of macro and small cell sites, the modification of existing telecommunications facilities, and other project types as required.
- Direct project responsibilities will focus on candidate selection, file audits and leasing activities including landlord interactions.
- Development of project skills will focus on the required interactions of all disciplines, project reporting and understanding the entire telecommunications site development project cycle.
- Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred
- 0-2 years’ work experience in a professional environment
- Previous exposure to real estate principles, terms and definitions preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interest in learning the telecommunications industry
