Position Title: C&I Engineer
Position Duties: Responsible for performing moderately complex activities supporting commissioning, integration, configuration and troubleshooting of radio access network. Support the knowledge transfer of commissioning and integration to other engineers. Serve as single point-of-contact for integration, commissioning, and acceptance issues. Perform Audit and Validation of Customer Information Questionnaire (CIQ) for new site deployments and site re-configurations for RAN network. Create Site Installation Files (SIF) for cell site RAN commissioning. Operate remote ENM servers to support integration activities for RAN network such as node removal and parameter update, license handling, network audit and Auto-integration readiness. Support field teams on the readiness for a RAN site re-integration/re-configuration by remotely preparing and loading SIFs into server. Support field teams during troubleshooting involving connectivity to the nodes, radio access degradations, poor radio frequency performance (addressing interference in the power lines) and call and data test performance. Enter new site configuration parameters into various network databases and administration tools. Perform RAN and CORE equipment/system decommissioning, reconfiguration and re-homing as cell sites are removed and/or re-located within the network. Validate test completions and performance acceptance. Track and report cell site integration milestones. Will work from various, unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. May work from home 2 days per week.

Rate of Pay:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â $95,326.00/year
Work Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM
Minimum Qualifications: US Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field and two (2) years of experience as a C&I Engineering professional or substantially similar position.
Special Skill Requirements: Must have two (2) years of experience with the following: 5G RAN; LTE RAN; CDMA RAN Technology; UNIX; LINUX OS; Python Scripting; and C or C++ scripting with Ericsson OEM equipment.
